MABA has three classes of membership: Exclusive Buyer Agents, Single Agents, and Affiliate members.

• An Exclusive Buyer Agent is defined as an individual who works in an office where the Broker and/or Owner and all agents in the office only represent buyers and take no listings.
• A Single Agent may have listings in the office, but agrees to never representboth the buyer and the seller in the same transaction.
• Affiliate Members are companies that provide services to MABA members.
