MABA has three classes of membership: Exclusive Buyer Agents, Single Agents, and Affiliate members.

An Exclusive Buyer Agent is defined as an individual who works in an office where the Broker and/or Owner and all agents in the office only represent buyers and take no listings.

A Single Agent may have listings in the office, but agrees to never representboth the buyer and the seller in the same transaction.

Affiliate members are companies that provide services to MABA members. We have members in Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, New York and other surrounding states.
